After defining the single-axis folding method, the hinge mechanism was developed to control rotation, lock the frame in position, and keep the hull geometry repeatable during assembly.

The final structure brings the folding frame, locking joints, and tensioned skin together into a repeatable assembly system, balancing structural control with compact storage and easier transport.
